Rocket Rewards mean FREE FOOD. There are three different Rocket Rewards: Cosmic Rewards, Stellar Rewards, and Galactic Rewards.
Note: When redeeming a Rocket Reward, any additional ingredients or extras won’t be included, and you’ll need to pay the difference. -
You earn a point when you spend 9 Euro or more after discounts in a single transaction. As your points add up, you’ll earn Rocket Rewards. Collect 3 points and you earn a Cosmic Reward, collect 6 points and you earn a Stellar Reward, collect 10 points and you earn a Galactic Reward. After that, your point balance resets to 0 and you'll start earning 3, 6 and 10 points again.
Note: You can earn one point per day max. Alcoholic beverages don’t count towards the 9 Euro mark. You don’t earn points and can’t redeem Rocket Rewards on Deliveroo, JustEat or UberEats.

Our new app is the key. You can check your point and Rocket Reward balance in-app in the REWARDS tab. Rocket Rewards are valid for 12 months from issuance to you. Any Rocket Rewards that haven’t been redeemed by the expiry date will be forfeited and removed from your account.

Flash Rewards are personalised offers specific to you. Unlike Rocket Rewards, Flash Rewards are not earned by collecting points. Flash Rewards will typically have short validity. You’ll need to be quick!

Not yet. But soon. We are rolling out the new Rocket Rewards programme powered by the new app to more and more Eddie Rocket’s. You can find a list of all currently participating stores here.

You can redeem either one Rocket Reward or one Flash Reward per day.

Our new app is the key. Use it for in-store, collection, and delivery purchases, and we’ll always know it’s you. When you eat in-diner, you can alternatively give us your phone number (if you left your phone behind). And if you’re using a self-serve kiosk, you let it scan your in-app QR code. Note you must be signed in; if you use guest checkout you won't earn points, nor be able to redeem Rocket/Flash Rewards.

Your points and Rocket/Flash Rewards are yours alone; and cannot be grouped with another account holder or transferred to someone else. Once you have your food, it’s up to you whether you want to share! But you can invite friends & family to sign-up too via the referral link in your app.

Alcoholic beverages don’t count, nor do orders placed with third parties like Deliveroo, JustEat and UberEats. Otherwise, we make no exclusions.

Make sure your app is running the latest version as we regularly introduce improvements and bug fixes. The easiest way to stay up to date, is to enable auto-updates.

To reset your password, navigate to the PROFILE tab in your app and select the LOGIN ribbon. Then click FORGOT PASSWORD, and follow the on-screen instructions to trigger a password reset to your email. This will be sent from no-reply.eddierocketsie@vitamojo.com. It should arrive within 2-3 minutes. If it doesn’t, please check your spam/junk folders. Sorted!
